Do you charge by the hour?

Yes. When we provide you with our free, no obligation, quotation, we explain the whole process involved & standard of service that you can expect. Our domestic cleaning services are tailored to your individual needs.

Please note we offer a service where we bring our own equipment and products, for a small charge. Alternatively we are happy to use your products and equipment if it is more convenient for you.

Do I have to provide you with a key?

We operate a secure key holding service for those clients who are out when they have arranged for us to clean so that they can enjoy our cleaning service with 100% peace of mind. However if you would prefer to be at home when our staff call, that too is no problem.

What happens when I go on holiday?

​

Simply call us with as much notice as possible. If you don’t require your home to be cleaned whilst you are away, simply call and we can cancel your clean and there will be no charge. Alternatively arrange for a clean just prior to you returning, so you return to a clean & fresh home.

Will I always get the same cleaner?

​

We always try our best to keep you with the same cleaners for every visit. We will only change when it is totally unavoidable, holidays or sickness. If your cleaner is off sick or on holiday we will notify you as soon as possible to either reschedule the clean or to arrange a replacement cleaner to fill in. Elderly/disabled clients will have priority replacement cleans.

How & when do I pay?

If you are a regular customer, our preferred payment method is by bank transfer the day before your cleaning service. If this is inconvenient, you can pay by cash or cheque on the day of your clean. 

If you book a one-off clean or an end of tenancy clean payment can be made by bank transfer before the clean. Alternatively payment must be paid by cash on the day of the clean.

How can I arrange a free, no obligation quotation?

Simply call us or complete our online Quick Quote Enquiry form. We will then arrange a convenient date & time to call. We can arrange this during the day or in the evening, or even at weekends if that is the only time you have free.

How soon can my cleaner start?

​

We match your requirements to our list of reliable and professional cleaners. We're then able to find the best cleaner for you & your requirements, we aim for this process to take just a day or two.
